2. The joinee availing the optional business opportunity is called “Smart Subscriber” or “SS”. Together or collectively they are referred to as “promoters”.
3. “The Learn Smart & Earn More” program is referred to as “the package” or “the program”.
4. This is not an investment plan or not an investment company.
5. www.eduwebvision.org and any of its “SS” concerns or wholly owned subsidiaries, and their promoters, directors, managers, employees, shareholders etc. are collectively referred to as company.
6. Company policies and rates may change as per the updation of the market situation and demand.
7. All the subscribers agrees that Eduweb may from time to time change its reward program, incentive, offers, rates, price, charges and rules & regulations of this agreement.
8. If business SS’s chooses to remain in the program, he agrees to abide by those changes. Any such notice shall be deemed to have being given and received as of the day after such notice is put in one of the following media namely the company website, sent by email or disseminated via other mode of mass communication.
9. All the education provided by the company might not match with the current educational syllabus or with the updated era.
10. The user will only be provided with one entrance preparation test option. If the user demands for more than one option he/she has to pay separately from the 2nd option onwards which is not included in joining fees.
11. Changes & facilitation of the product will solely depend on the recourse availability and market demand.
12. Eduweb Vision is not responsible if Guide CD provided by the company fails to run due to any unavailability of upgraded software or any system problem. If any blank disc is wrongly delivered to any joinee, it is requested to return it safely to company address without any damage and mentioning all your joining details.
13. We only provide the distance course from universities that are tied up with us.
14. Eduweb Vision is not responsible if the joinee is not provided with any facility due to inproper, incomplete or wrong information provided to company by joinee. So, Please check companies website "www.eduwebvision.org" before registration for detail knowledge.
15. Company is not responsible for any delay, unavailability or inconveniency due to renovation, shifting or modification in the company office setup.
16. Company is not responsible for any changes in the website or software due to changes in government cyber laws.
17. Company is not responsible for any changes in the system due to change in MLM regulatory guidelines.
18. We are not responsible for any inconveniency or barrier in communication between the joinee and company due to any un avoidable natural disaster .
19. Online facilities may not be available as usual to joinee during any upgradation in the website or software of the company.
